With one handle in the center, it's a balanced reel that pulls in 12" of line per turn. Placed at the ends, the handles have the leverage to pull in a reluctant kite. 12" x 15" ash and birch plywood. Holds 3000' of 100-lb. or 500' of 500-lb. line. Line not included.
